Work Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of working experience in programming and debugging web applications
• Extensive development experience in .net framework 4.5+, MSSQL 2017+
• Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Design / Development concept
• Should be good in ORM (Entity framework or Entity framework Core, Dapper)
• Good knowledge of C#, MVC 5+, Asp.Net Core 2.1+, REST API, Angular 8+, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML 5, CSS 3, Bootstrap 4.0

Must have good communication skills, analytics skills and problem solver.

• Applying tested instructional design theories, practice and methods Responsibilities

• Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
• Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts

• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
• Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments

Work Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Experience

• Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
• Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• Lesson and curriculum planning skills
• Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge
• Aviation exposure be added advantage
• Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
• Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard

Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video script.

• Storyline Developer understand the Storyboard and client requirements
• Possess knowledge of authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc.
• Understanding of UI & Adobe Suits.
• Ability to edit audio, video, simulations, etc

Should be technically good in articulate storyline 3 and 360

Work Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Experience
• Must have expertise in the use of eLearning development tools including Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Adobe Captivate
• Experience in scorm package. Aviation experience be an added advantage
• Experience in multimedia development in audio, video, and/or animation (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, (Vyond) be an added advantage.
